You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for safeguarding your password and for activity under your account.
You agree not to post content that's illegal, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringing; impersonate another person, business, or venue; scrape, attack, or interfere with the platform; or use Foray to spam other users.
Venues posting on Foray are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, specials, hours, and events. We don't guarantee the truth, availability, or quality of any venue or post.
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Foray a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or that we judge harmful to the community. Suspended consumers can contact [email protected] for review.
Foray is provided "as is" without warranties. We aren't responsible for your interactions with venues or other users, including any disputes that arise.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
